Nicholas is an experienced Real Estate Professional specializing in Commercial Real Estate. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and Real Estate Management Major at Ryerson University, he spent the next 7 years in Corporate Real Estate. He spent 2 years working for Scotiabank Real Estate assisting with lease transactions across North America and then spent 5 years as a Leasing Manager at First Capital REIT managing a Real Estate portfolio of over $2M square feet. He was recognized in 2019 as the MVP of the year for First Capital REIT for completing close to 100 Real Estate Transactions along with receiving Power Broker of the Year by Co-Star. In 2020, Nicholas became a Licensed Realtor where he now applies his expertise to broker retail, office, industrial and mixed-use Commercial transactions. His specific area of expertise includes Commercial Leasing and Sales specializing in Landlord/Tenant Representation, Investments, and Development.
